Are you a skilled Vehicle Technician looking to advance your career within a well-established dealership? Our client is seeking a dedicated Vehicle Technician to join their team in Rayleigh, Essex. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a reputable environment with competitive pay and real earning potential. Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of £31484 per year (Guarantee for first 3 months of £40k)
  • OTE earnings of up to £42,500 annually
  • Full-time working week of 46.33 hours

Duties:
  • Carry out vehicle inspections, servicing, and repairs efficiently and accurately
  • Diagnose issues correctly and provide solutions to dealerships’ standards
  • Maintain detailed and accurate service records
  • Assist with MOT testing (if qualified)
  • Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers regarding vehicle status and repair requirements
Requirements:
  • Relevant formal qualification such as City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience working as a Vehicle Technician within a franchised dealership preferred
  • MOT Tester qualification is highly advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of quality work
