We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join a well-established dealership in Romford. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to progress their career within the motor trade.

Duties:
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
  • Book vehicle services and repairs efficiently, ensuring customer needs are met
  • Produce accurate and detailed job cards and repair estimates
  • Communicate effectively with the workshop team regarding job progress
  • Upsell additional services and maintenance opportunities where appropriate
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure satisfaction at all stages of the service process
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong customer service ethos and a professional approach
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
  • Full UK driving licence
