We are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Technician to join a well-established automotive dealership in Harlow. This opportunity is ideal for a skilled technician looking to work within a professional environment and earn a competitive salary along with uncapped earning potential.

Benefits:
  • Basic salary of £32,000, negotiable depending on qualifications and experience
  • Realistic on-target earnings of up to £50,000 per annum
  • Opportunities for career advancement within a reputable dealership
  • Working hours from 8.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
  • Rotational Saturday shifts, approximately one in four
Duties:
  • Carry out repairs and servicing on a variety of vehicles efficiently and to manufacturer standards
  • Diagnose vehicle faults accurately using diagnostic equipment
  • Provide excellent customer service and clear communication regarding repairs and costs
  • Maintain workshop tools and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Complete all necessary documentation and work reports accurately
  • Support the team with technical troubleshooting and advice
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Technician in the automotive industry
  • Relevant qualifications, such as NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Technology
  • Current MOT tester certification (desirable but not essential)
  • Strong diagnostic skills and a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently within a team and independently when required
  • Valid driving license
