We are seeking an experienced Accident Repair Centre Customer Advisor to join a busy team in Fareham, Hampshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated automotive professional to develop their career within a reputable accident repair centre.
Benefits:
- Competitive basic salary of £29,567 per year
- On-target earnings of up to £35,000 including bonus
- Monday to Friday working hours from 08:00 to 17:30
- Optional overtime on Saturdays

- Meet and greet customers in a professional and friendly manner at the front desk
- Answer incoming calls, take messages, and pass them to the relevant team members
- Inform customers of payment requirements and process card and cash transactions
- Assist with parts administration and general office duties
- Familiarise with company management systems and complete the courtesy car handover process
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Advisor or similar role within an accident repair or automotive environment
- Knowledge of Autoflow system preferred
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident with computer systems and administration tasks
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
- A friendly, helpful, and proactive attitude
