  • Salary: £24,000
  • 35 Hours a week, working Monday to Friday
I am currently representing my esteemed client, one of Europe's leading provider of Warranty and Mechanical Breakdown solutions. They are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join their expanding team to process Vehicle Warranties.

Within this Warranty Administrator, your typical duties include:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all inbound email inquiries, adhering to a specified response timeframe.
  • Collaborate effectively with subscribers to verify that all information is accurate and complies with GDPR regulations.
  • Open and manage claims files for approval and authorization.
  • Handle inbound calls by identifying the caller's needs, providing relevant information, or transferring the call to the appropriate department.
  • Provide clear and concise explanations regarding claim validations to ensure understanding.
To be considered for this Warranty Administrator, you will:
  • Be self-motivated, flexible, and reliable
  • Have general PC skills & experience in MS Office
  • Experience in policies / claims / insurance or any automotive experience will be considered.
