We are currently seeking a dedicated Parts Advisor to join our client's busy team in Thurrock. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced parts professionals looking to develop their career within a reputable business that values their expertise and commitment.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of £33,000 per annum
  • OTE potential of approximately £34,000 with overtime
  • Ongoing opportunities for earning through a bonus scheme based on targets
  • Work Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturday mornings included in salary
  • Stable working hours from 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday, with a one-hour break each day, alternate Saturday mornings 8am - 12pm
Duties:
  • Assisting customers at the back counter with both commercial and car parts inquiries
  • Managing parts stock and order processing efficiently
  • Providing excellent customer service and technical advice to both trade and retail customers
  • Maintaining accurate records of parts and sales
  • Liaising with suppliers to ensure parts availability and timely delivery
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within a commercial or automotive parts environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of automotive or commercial vehicle parts
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment
  • A professional and customer-focused attitude
