We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Car Sales Executive to join our client's dynamic team in Bishop's Stortford. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals looking to enhance their career within a busy dealership environment.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of £24,000 per annum coupled with an attractive OTE of £55,000
  • Monday to Friday 8.30 - 6pm, weekday off, Saturdays 9am - 5pm, 1in 3 Sundays 10am - 4pm
  • Company car provided for business and personal use
  • Flexible working hours with a weekly day off

Duties: 
  • Engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles and finance options
  • Driving showroom activity and achieving monthly sales targets
  • Managing customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of vehicle products, features, and industry trends
  • Completing all relevant paperwork accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive within the automotive industry or a similar sales background
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A valid UK driving licence
  • Strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude
  • Customer-focused with a professional manner and the ability to build rapport easily
