Master Technician Required for Car Dealership in Walton on Thames, Surrey
Pay: £46,000 Basic Depending on Qualifications + £9,000 OTE 
Hours: 40 hours per week 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota

Duties

  • Conduct vehicle health checks and inspections using the latest diagnostic equipment
  • Complete vehicle repairs to manufacturer standards
  • Fit additional customer-requested accessories
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults with support from the team
  • Carry out major repairs and warranty work as required - electrical and mechanical 
  • Complete all relevant paperwork accurately and efficiently
  • Conduct road tests to ensure all faults are rectified to customer satisfaction
Requirements

  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a Master Vehicle Technician 
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to perform diagnosis, repairs, and servicing to high standards
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to quality and continuous learning
  • Desirable but not essential: brand experience, electrical diagnostics, MOT, and EV knowledge
