Car Sales Executive required in Llandudno 
  • Volume Main Dealer
  • Pay: £24,000 Basic ; £50,000 OTE
  • 5 day working week: Alternate Saturdays, closed Sundays

We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join a reputable dealership in Llandudno. This Sales Executive role offers an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to thrive in a dynamic automotive environment, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Duties:
  • Engaging with potential customers through outbound calls, prospecting, and in-person visits to generate sales leads
  • Managing a healthy sales pipeline by building and nurturing customer relationships
  • Conducting vehicle presentations and understanding customer needs to tailor the sales approach
  • Negotiating deals effectively to maximise sales and customer satisfaction
  • Upselling complementary products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories
  • Using CRM software to track interactions, manage inventory, and follow up on leads
  • Supporting marketing efforts to promote dealership offerings and events
  • Providing excellent customer service from initial contact through to post-sale follow-up
Requirements:
  • Car Sales experience is required!
  • Strong negotiation and organisational skills to manage multiple clients simultaneously
  • Proficiency with CRM software and basic organisational tools
  • Fluency in both Welsh and English is highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Valid Full UK driver’s licence is essential
  • Willingness to learn and develop within the automotive sector
