We are seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join a reputable franchised main dealer in Poole. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional looking to develop their career within a friendly and supportive environment. As a Vehicle Technician, you will play a key role in delivering high standards of vehicle servicing and repairs, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the workshop’s excellent reputation.

Duties

Delivering high standards of vehicle servicing and repairs with attention to quality and efficiency
Completing repairs and servicing that meet or exceed manufacturer requirements
Ensuring all paperwork related to warranty, repair, and service work is accurately completed
Identifying additional work opportunities that prioritise customer safety and satisfaction
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
Supporting colleagues and contributing to the smooth operation of the workshop

Requirements

Previous experience working within an automotive retailer or similar environment
NVQ Level 3 in Automotive Vehicle Servicing & Repair or equivalent qualification
Valid MOT Tester licence is preferred 
Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills with a focus on quality workmanship
Ability to work efficiently in a busy workshop environment
Customer-focused approach with a positive and professional attitude
Full UK driving licence (subject to licence checks)
