Our client is a well-known automotive business which is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join its team in Stirling.  This is a stable site with a lot of repeat customers.
  • Basic Salary: up to £33,150
  • OTE at £38,000
  • 1 in 3 Saturday Mornings
  • Monday to Friday: 42.5 hours
  • Well-known automotive business
  • Previous experience in an automotive role is essential - service advisors or other motor trade professionals with transferable skills are encouraged to apply
  • Work for a highly experienced manager who knows the business inside out

Duties of a Service Advisor with our Client:
  • To handle customer enquiries and queries promptly and efficiently
  • Qualify service needs and diagnose vehicle running problems where appropriate
  • Establish understanding and an agreement with the customer of the work to be carried out
  • Explain the work carried out on vehicle ensuring customers full understanding and authorisation
  • Understand and adhere to manufacturer service requirements
  • Maintain relevant systems ensuring accuracy at all times

  • Experience within the automotive sector
  • Strong customer service skills
  • An understanding of vehicles and common issues
