We are seeking a skilled and experienced full-time Level 3 Technician to join our clients' dynamic workshop team in Preston. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated technician to work in a well-equipped environment, specialising in a broad range of vehicle servicing and repairs.

Benefits:
  • Competitive salary £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, with potential overtime earnings
  • Working hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

Duties:
  • Delivering fast-fit servicing, oil services, suspension repairs, exhaust replacements, brakes, and diagnostics
  • Handling engine work, turbo repairs, timing belts, clutches, gearboxes, and major repairs
  • Completing detailed job cards accurately
  • Conducting MOT testing (if qualified) or supporting MOT preparation
  • Managing your workload independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a vehicle technician with a comprehensive understanding of mechanical repairs and diagnostics
  • Level 3 qualification is preferred, but individuals with strong time-served garage experience and Level 2 or no formal qualification will also be considered with strong time served workshop experience 
  • Full UK driving licence essential
  • Own tools preferred, although workshop tools are available
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with reliability and practical competence being key
