We are seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayer / Prepper to join a well-established family-run accident repair workshop located in Dartford, Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to become part of a busy, reputable team committed to delivering high-quality vehicle repairs.

Duties

  • Preparing vehicle surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming
  • Mixing and matching paints to required colours and specifications
  • Applying primer and topcoats with precision and care
  • Polishing finished vehicles to achieve a high-quality finish
  • Conducting final quality inspections to ensure industry standards are met
  • Working with a variety of makes and models, predominantly fleet vehicles, utilising modern equipment
  • Maintaining a clean and Safe workspace at all times
Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer / Prepper in a crash repair or accident repair environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a thorough understanding of modern paint application techniques
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
  • A positive attitude and team-focused approach
  • Knowledge of vehicle preparation, sanding, masking, and priming techniques
  • Flexibility to work on a high volume of fleet vehicles, predominantly in a rental or fleet setting
