  • Uncapped Bonus: OTE of £45K (with potential to earn more)

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a reputable main dealership located in Llandudno Junction. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional seeking a challenging role with great earning potential and career development prospects.

Benefits:
  • Basic salary up to £36,000 depending on experience and skill level
  • Uncapped bonus scheme with a realistic OTE of £45,000 or more
  • Monday to Friday working hours with alternate Saturday mornings as overtime

Duties:
  • Responsible for vehicle servicing and repairs to manufacturer standards
  • Adherence to workshop procedures, maintaining high productivity and quality standards
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent workshop standards and service
  • Using manufacturer-specific systems, including Toyota flat-rate time system
  • Carrying out MOTs (if qualified), diagnostics, and troubleshooting tasks
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent (considering L2 Vehicle Technicians)
  • Minimum of 3 years' workshop experience as a Vehicle Technician
  • Full UK driving licence
  • MOT qualification would be advantageous
  • Demonstrated commitment to high standards of productivity and customer service
