Our client, a well-established family-run car garage, is seeking a dedicated Parts Manager / Advisor to join their expanding team. - Oversee and manage the parts department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Stock control, ordering, and inventory management to optimise parts availability
- Be responsible for the day to day operation of the parts department
- Liaise with the workshop and service departments to meet their parts requirements working closely with various parts suppliers
- Maintain excellent customer service standards both internally and externally
- Ensure the parts department adheres to all health and safety regulations
- Proven experience as a Parts Manager, Parts Advisor, or similar role within the automotive industry
- Knowledge of motor factor operations is advantageous - candidates working for a Parts Factor are certainly encouraged to apply!
- Strong organisational, stakeholder and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Valid full UK driving license
