Sales Manager Required in Mayfair for Car Dealership 
Pay: Up to £45k Basic + £40k Uncapped OTE 
Hours: Monday - Friday hours with 1 in 2 Saturdays worked (day off during the week if Saturday rota worked) 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join a prestigious car dealership in the Mayfair area. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a professional who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales success within the luxury automotive sector.

Benefits

  • Competitive basic salary of up to £45,000
  • Uncapped OTE of approximately £85,000, offering substantial earning potential
  • £800 monthly car allowance

  • Monday to Friday working hours with every other Saturday off, providing a balanced workweek
Duties

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Get hands-on involvement in the sales process and showroom activities
  • Manage new and used vehicle sales, including finance and insurance (F&I) and compliance
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance customer experience
  • Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
  • Maintain detailed product knowledge, particularly in luxury and electric vehicles
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations
Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager within the automotive industry, preferably with luxury brands
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Passionate about cars and dedicated to delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to work with energy, enthusiasm, and a hands-on approach
  • Knowledge of finance, insurance, and compliance procedures in the motor trade
  • Motivated and entrepreneurial outlook, with a drive to succeed
