Estimator / Bodyshop Vehicle Damage Assessor We are seeking an experienced Estimator / VDA to join our client's team at their modern repair centre in Deeside. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to further their career within a well-established organisation that values quality and expertise. As an Estimator / VDA, you will play a pivotal role in delivering accurate vehicle damage assessments and ensuring high standards throughout the repair process.
  • Deeside Accident Repair Centre
  • Basic Salary £40,000, plus Bonus 
  • 42.5 hour week - no weekends

Benefits:

Duties:
  • Producing precise repair estimates using Audatex and other systems
  • Assessing vehicle damage and identifying all necessary repairs
  • Managing repair estimates from initial assessment through to completion
  • Liaising professionally with customers, insurers, and internal teams
  • Ensuring repairs are correctly scoped, costed, and authorised
  • Maintaining accurate records using E-Scribe and other digital platforms
  • Supporting operational efficiency and delivering excellent customer service
  • Ensuring all work aligns with industry standards and manufacturer repair procedures
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor, Estimator, or similar role within an accident repair environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Audatex and repair estimating processes
  • Experience using E-Scribe or equivalent insurer management systems
  • Sound understanding of vehicle construction and repair methodologies
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence valid for on-site work
