This client is currently seeking a skilled Senior Vehicle Technician to join their team based in the Truro Area. They are a company that believe that investing in their staff and as such they provide their Vehicle Technicians with regular training and development opportunities to enable the, to reach their full potential. Their friendly and supportive working environment means that if you join as a Vehicle Technician you will be valued and respected from day one. The successful candidate will have a long standing and stable history in a Technician or Senior Technician role.

Duties of the successful Senior Vehicle Technician:
  • Supervising the workshop team and upholding company policies.
  • Conducting meticulous quality checks to ensure workshop excellence.
  • Performing thorough Vehicle Health Checks and assessing results accurately.
  • Carrying out general maintenance, repairs, and servicing for customer vehicles.
  • Guiding and mentoring junior team members to enhance technical prowess.
  • Supporting performance evaluations of the Technical Team.
  • Leading technical diagnostics and efficiently resolving vehicle faults.
