- Hours: Monday – Thursday, 9:00am – 5:00pm | Saturday, 9:00am – 3:00pm | Fridays off

Our client, a well-established and successful family-owned used car dealership in Croydon, is looking for a Used Car Sales Administrator to join their friendly and hardworking team. As a Used Car Sales Administrator, you’ll take charge of a range of key administrative tasks essential to the used car sales process.
Duties as as Sales Administrator Include:
- Handling the complete used vehicle sales administration process: managing finance payouts, checking proofs, processing finance documentation, and ensuring accurate records.
- Registering vehicles to new owners, organising settlements, and managing paperwork for each sale.
- Coordinating vehicle handover and delivery logistics, ensuring every customer collection is smooth and professionally managed.
- Maintaining 100% compliance with handover and car buying checklists and documentation.
- Supporting the car buying and customer trade-in process, including customer collections and vehicle preparation.
- Assisting in the general running of the used car department, ensuring all vehicle details, records, and systems are kept up to date.
- Delivering a warm, professional experience for visitors, including greeting customers and offering refreshments alongside the sales team.
- Previous Motor Trade experience – this is a must for understanding vehicle sales admin processes.
- Strong understanding of vehicle registration systems, finance documentation, and settlements.
- Proficient with automotive DMS systems (e.g., Kerridge, Pinnacle, or similar).
- Highly organised with an exceptional eye for detail – accuracy is everything in this role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A true team player with a proactive and flexible approach.
- Able to work independently, manage deadlines, and juggle multiple tasks.
