Paint Sprayer required in Birmingham 
  • Basic Salary up to £45,000
  • £55K OTE (Uncapped)

Our client is a highly established busy accident repair centre, with a fantastic reputation looking for an experienced Paint Sprayer to come and join their friendly team.

Within this Paint Sprayer role, your typical duties include:
  • Painting to current legislation
  • Preparing vehicles
  • Masking
  • Detailing
  • Adherence to Health and Safety rules and regulations
  • Responsible for cleanliness and housekeeping standards in own area.
  • Reduce wastage by using raw materials and consumable items carefully.
  • Assist the Company in caring for the environment by disposing of waste products correctly.
To be considered for this Paint Sprayer role, you must have:
  • Fully qualified level 3 Paint Sprayer certificate (Prefered)
  • ATA accreditation – Highly beneficial.
  • Experienced with working in an Accident and repair centre.
  • Able to colour match according to manufacturer specification.
  • Experienced in full vehicle and separate panel spraying.
  • Able to prep and mask vehicles correctly.
  • Can avoid overspray.
  • Able to avoid, detect and remedy pin holes in paint work.
  • Proud of your work to be presented to the customer.
  • Have your own tools for the job.
  • Have a full UK driving licence.
