- Location: Manchester
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00 (Early finish Fridays) – NO WEEKENDS
- Holidays: Up to 29 days annual leave plus bank holidays (Min 22 days plus banks)
- Salary: £25,000 - £26,000
Key Responsibilities for the Office administrator:
- Handle administrative duties within the bodyshop, supporting repair operations
- Manage job cards, repair schedules, and customer updates
- Liaise with insurers, engineers, and technicians to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Assist with invoicing, bookings, and internal coordination
- Previous experience in a bodyshop or accident repair administration role is essential
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Confident using IT systems and office software
