  • Location: Manchester
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00 (Early finish Fridays) – NO WEEKENDS
  • Holidays: Up to 29 days annual leave plus bank holidays (Min 22 days plus banks) 
  • Salary: £25,000 - £26,000
Our client, a respected and professional accident repair and roadside assistance provider, is looking for a Bodyshop Office Administrator with experience in the bodyshop or accident repair industry. The company operates to high BSI standards and offers an all-round service, including tyres, mechanical repairs, servicing, and sales. They pride themselves on a positive team environment and a supportive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities for the Office administrator:
  • Handle administrative duties within the bodyshop, supporting repair operations
  • Manage job cards, repair schedules, and customer updates
  • Liaise with insurers, engineers, and technicians to ensure smooth workflow
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Assist with invoicing, bookings, and internal coordination
