  • Location: Croydon, Surrey
  • Hours: 8am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday, with Saturday mornings on a rota
  • Salary: Up to £29,000 Basic (DOE) + Bonuses
Our client, a well-established family-run prestige independent service centre in Croydon, Surrey, is looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join their friendly and customer focused aftersales team. As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service from start to finish. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a close-knit team in a business known for its high standards and customer satisfaction with the possibility of progression as our client is expanding over the next 12 months!

Key Responsibilities of the Service Advisor:
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
  • Coordinate vehicle services, repairs, and MOTs, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain clear communication between customers and the workshop team.
Requirements of the Service Advisor:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry.
