As a Warranty/R&M Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient processing of manufacturer warranty and Repair & Maintenance (R&M) claims. You’ll work closely with the workshop and service teams to ensure all claims are accurate, timely, and compliant with manufacturer standards.
Key Responsibilities for a Warranty Administrator:
- Produce accurate warranty and R&M claims using workshop job cards
- Ensure all claims meet manufacturer criteria and are submitted promptly
- Reconcile and monitor outstanding claims, following up where necessary
- Prepare detailed invoices for completed work
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for auditing purposes
- Work collaboratively with the service team to meet performance targets
- Prior experience in a similar warranty or R&M admin role within the automotive or truck industry
- A thorough and conscientious approach with excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Confident communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A strong sense of responsibility and reliability
