Your duties as Van Sales Supervisor will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead generation
- Relationship building
- Closing sales
- Account management
- Collect vans from auction
- Help in other areas of the business where needed
- Deal with inbound and outbound calls and queries
- Stay up-to-date with developments in the industry to identify new areas for growth
- Proven experience in the automotive industry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Proficient in using CRM software to track leads and manage customer relationship
- Must be driven, enthusiastic and keen to exceed both company and customer expectations
- Must be smartly presented at all times
