Our client, a Franchised Main Dealership, are looking for an Accountant to join their team. 

You must have previous motor industry experience and fantastic leadership qualities. Ideally you will be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Autoline Dealer Management and Keyloop software.

You will possess excellent numerical, organisational and communication skills. They are a learning organisation and want their new Accountant to be engaged with the active coaching and mentoring of their team to instill a learning culture within the business.

Purpose of Accountant Job:

To provide and develop the accounting and administration function ensuring its efficient operation within the dealerships area of responsibility. This position has responsibility for supporting management with decision making through the provision of accurate and timely financial and management performance information.

Detailed Responsibilies for the Accountant:
  • Produce monthly management informationboth at departmental level and for the business overall
  • Monitor performance against budget and reporting monthly results to the management team
  • Manage cash flow
  • Manage dealership assets
  • Provide weekly forecasts and annial financial budgets
  • Produce finalised annial consolidated accounts
  • Manage timely and accurate submissions of statutory reporting
  • Payroll
