I am currently recruiting for a Commercial Service Manager for a vacancy within a franchised truck and van dealership in the Nottinghamshire area. 

The company have a strong presence in the midlands, with several impressive sites. One of which is now in need of a manager to oversee their daily aftersales operations. including service, warranty and parts departments. 

Key responsibilities for this role include: 
  • Leading and managing a team of workshop Technicians, Service and Warranty Advisors, Parts Advisors and various other team members. 
  • Ensuring workshop productivity while maintaining a high quality of workmanship. 
  • Maximise customer satisfaction. 
  • Build upon current strategies and implement new ones. 
  • Report to Aftersales Directors on KPIs, Budgets, and overall performance of the aftersales department. 
The ideal Aftersales Manager will have:
  • Proven Aftersales leadership experience, ideally within a commercial setting. 
  • Experience dealing with manufacturers
  • Knowledge of the commercial industry. 
  • Workshop and Parts management experience. 
  • The ability to motivate the department.
