- Location: Harlow, Essex.
- Salary: Up to £22 per hour (£45,760 per annum based on 40 hours per week).
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.
- Occasional Saturdays may be required depending on business needs (no regular Saturday rota).
Our motor trade client is currently seeking a skilled and reliable Car Paint Sprayer / Prepper to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with the right skills and a positive work ethic to work in a professional and supportive environment.
What They Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate – Up to £22 per hour (£45,760 per annum based on 40 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of vehicles for painting.
- Spraying using water-based paints (solvent paint experience is a plus, but not essential – training provided).
- Ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in prepping and painting vehicles from start to finish.
- Confidence with water-based paint systems.
- Solvent-based experience desirable but not essential.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
- Qualifications in automotive painting/preparation are desirable but not mandatory.
