  • Location: Harlow, Essex.
  • Salary: Up to £22 per hour (£45,760 per annum based on 40 hours per week).
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.
  • Occasional Saturdays may be required depending on business needs (no regular Saturday rota).
Our motor trade client is currently seeking a skilled and reliable Car Paint Sprayer / Prepper to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with the right skills and a positive work ethic to work in a professional and supportive environment.

What They Offer:
  • Competitive hourly rate – Up to £22 per hour (£45,760 per annum based on 40 hours per week).
  • Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, 40-hour working week.
  • Training and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of vehicles for painting.
  • Spraying using water-based paints (solvent paint experience is a plus, but not essential – training provided).
  • Ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Paint Sprayer Requirements:
  • Experience in prepping and painting vehicles from start to finish.
  • Confidence with water-based paint systems.
  • Solvent-based experience desirable but not essential.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential.
  • Qualifications in automotive painting/preparation are desirable but not mandatory.
