- Roadside Recovery (Backup support as needed – Patrols are open to candidates who may slightly fall outside of the entry requirements)
- Working Hours: 40 hours per week. Must be available between 6 am and midnight. Weekends are limited to no more than 50% of the year (if a weekend is worked, it’s a full weekend shift; otherwise, you get the entire weekend off). In practice, weekend shifts tend to be much less than 50%.
- Salary: £35,000 per year + plenty of overtime available
Key Responsibilities for the Roadside Technician:
- Respond to roadside breakdowns and offer technical support
- Diagnose and repair vehicles, handling a range of mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic issues
- Ensure members receive exceptional service every time
- Maintain a customer-focused approach in all interactions
- Level 2 qualification in light vehicle maintenance (or equivalent)
- Strong technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
- Customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Base salary of £35,000 with potential OTE of £43,000 - £53,000
