A leading Commercial Main Dealership near Preston is currently seeking an experienced and driven Service Manager to take charge of their thriving service department. As Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a large team of up to 40 staff members, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the service department while meeting both customer and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities as a Service Manager:
  • Manage the daily operations of the service department, including performance monitoring and financial control
  • Lead and develop a high-performing service team to ensure excellent customer service and team retention
  • Plan resources effectively to meet fleet demands and resolve service delivery issues
