Are you passionate about the motor industry and ready to accelerate your career?

We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Car Parts Advisor to join our client’s busy dealership team.

As a Car Parts Advisor, you’ll be the vital link between the workshop, the front-of-house team, and our customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting both trade and retail customers with car parts enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Identifying and sourcing the correct car parts efficiently and accurately using manufacturer systems.
  • Processing orders, invoicing, and maintaining stock levels.
  • Liaising with technicians and service advisors to ensure timely parts availability.
  • Supporting stock takes and the general organisation of the parts department.

What They are Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a Car Parts Advisor role (preferably within a franchised dealership).
  • Strong knowledge of car parts and motor vehicles.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • IT literate with experience using dealer management and parts cataloguing systems.
  • A Full UK Driving Licence.

Details & Benefits:
  • Competitive Basic Salary up to £35,000 p.a. with bonus opportunities.
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm, no weekends worked.
