They are now seeking a skilled and motivated Transport Manager / Driver Supervisor to lead their collection and delivery team and manage a fleet of 30 vehicles.

What Our Client is Looking For
- A smart, proactive, and organised Transport Manager with strong route-planning skills to optimise the collection and delivery team’s efficiency.
- A confident Driver Supervisor capable of leading and motivating a team of drivers.
- Hands-on approach, including driving duties as needed.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers professionally.
- Experience with Bodyshop Management Systems (BMS), with knowledge of Autoflow being highly desirable.
- Ability to manage and maintain a fleet of 30 vehicles, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.
- Strong organisational skills to coordinate schedules, deliveries, and collections effectively.
- Plan and optimise routes for the collection and delivery team to ensure timely and efficient operations.
- Supervise and lead a team of drivers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Communicate directly with customers to provide updates and ensure a high level of service.
- Oversee the maintenance and organisation of a fleet of 30 vehicles, ensuring they meet safety and operational standards.
- Utilise Bodyshop Management Systems (Autoflow experience is a bonus) to track and manage transport operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and internal procedures.
- Perform hands-on driving duties when required to support the team.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless vehicle movement through the repair process.
