We are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a long-established, family-run dealer group with an outstanding reputation in the motor trade. Known for their commitment to customer satisfaction and employee development, they represent multiple leading franchises and are now seeking an experienced Car Sales Executive to join their high-performing team in Peterborough.

The Role: As a Sales Executive, you will:
  • Build lasting relationships with customers through a consultative approach.
  • Deliver exceptional service, from initial enquiry through to handover.
  • Work towards agreed sales targets, consistently delivering strong performance.
  • Maintain product knowledge across multiple franchises to provide tailored solutions.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in car sales is essential – this is not a trainee role.
  • A passion for delivering a first-class customer experience.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • A professional, proactive and driven attitude.
