ATA MET Technician Needed in Warwickshire
  • Location: Leamington Spa
  • Salary: Up to £50,000 basic ; OTE £60,000+
  • Hours: 40/45 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Our client, a highly respected and well-established accident repair centre in Leamington Spa, is currently looking for an experienced ATA MET Technician to join their professional and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility with access to the latest technology, tools, and expert training to help you reach your full potential.

Key Responsibilities as a MET Technician:
  • Remove, repair, and refit mechanical, electrical, and trim components to manufacturer standards
  • Diagnose and identify vehicle faults using advanced diagnostic tools
  • Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard, meeting deadlines
  • Accurately complete all job cards, reports, and other relevant documentation
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and maintain a clean, organised working environment
  • Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure seamless workflow and excellent customer service
What You'll Need to Succeed:
  • ATA qualification in MET (or equivalent recognised accreditation)
  • Proven experience as a MET Technician or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of vehicle mechanical and electrical systems
  • High attention to detail and a quality-driven approach
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
