Vehicle Technician – JLR Specialist – Canterbury, Kent

Are you a skilled Vehicle Technician looking to specialise in  Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) vehicles?

Join a prestigious JLR specialist in Canterbury, Kent, where you'll work with premium vehicles, receive ongoing training, and have excellent earning potential.

What’s on offer?
  • £35,669 basic salary plus bonus and overtime opportunities
  • Monday to Friday working hours:
  • 08:00 - 17:00 or 08:30 - 17:30 (42.65 hours per week)
  • 30-minute lunch break
  • 1 in 4 Saturdays, 08:00 - 13:00, on a rota basis
  • Work with a specialist JLR team in a high-quality workshop environment
  • Ongoing manufacturer training and career development opportunities
As a JLR Specialist Technician, you’ll be working with some of the most advanced vehicles on the road, diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, and ensuring top-quality servicing. This role is ideal for an experienced technician who takes pride in their work and wants to develop their expertise within a prestige brand environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnosing, repairing, and servicing JLR vehicles to manufacturer standards
  • Using the latest diagnostic tools and technology to ensure accurate fault-finding
  • Carrying out mechanical and electrical repairs efficiently and effectively
  • Working closely with the team to maintain high workshop standards and customer satisfaction
  • Keeping up to date with JLR training and technical developments
What We’re Looking For:
  • Qualified Vehicle Technician (Level 3 NVQ or equivalent)
  • Previous experience working with prestige brands (JLR experience is an advantage but not essential)
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop environment
  • A full UK driving licence
