Panel Technician – Night Shift

We are looking for experienced Panel Technicians to join a well-established, industry-leading vehicle repair group on their night shift team.

Key Responsibilities as a Panel Beater:
  • Carry out expert panel repairs and replacements to the highest standard
  • Restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition
  • Collaborate effectively with technicians, estimators, and management
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times
  • Share your expertise and support junior colleagues
  • Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and customer experience
What You’ll Need:
  • Experience as a panel technician in a bodyshop or accident repair centre
  • A relevant qualification (e.g., ATA, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
  • Attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • A proactive, can-do attitude
