Calling all Crash Repair Technicians! Due to increased workload, our client is looking to add to their skillset of Bodyshop Technicians to their crash repair workshop team. 

Are you a skilled Bodyshop Technician (Panel Beater, MET Technician/Stripper Fitter, or Paint Sprayer) seeking an exciting new role? About the Roles: Our client is looking for talented Bodyshop Skills Technicians to restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition.

Depending on your expertise, your responsibilities may include:
  • Panel Beaters: Repairing and replacing damaged vehicle body panels, ensuring precise alignment and a flawless finish.
  • MET Technicians/Stripper Fitters: Removing and refitting mechanical and electrical components (e.g., suspension, engines, gearboxes), diagnosing faults, and aligning chassis using advanced equipment.
  • Paint Sprayers: Preparing vehicle surfaces and applying high-quality paint finishes for exceptional results.
  • Conducting thorough quality checks to meet safety and manufacturer standards.
  • Working on a diverse range of vehicle makes and models with state-of-the-art equipment and materials.
  • Collaborating with a skilled team to deliver outstanding results for customers.
What Our Client is Looking For: To excel in these roles, you should bring:
  • Proven experience as a Panel Beater, MET Technician/Stripper Fitter, or Paint Sprayer in a crash repair or accident repair workshop.
  • A keen eye for detail and a dedication to delivering top-quality work.
  • Proficiency in modern repair, diagnostic, or painting techniques relevant to your role.
  • The ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • NVQ/IMI Level 3 in Vehicle Body Repair, MET, or Paint Spraying (preferred but not essential).
Hours and Pay:
  • Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (no weekend work)
  • Pay: £18 - £22 per hour (depending on experience).
