Senior Vehicle Technician required for a Main Dealer near the Solihull area
  • Basic Salary up to £40,000 
  • OTE £45,000+
  • 40-hour working week and Saturdays paid as overtime.
Our client is a leading Main Dealer seeking a Senior Vehicle Technician to join their busy and dynamic workshop. As a Senior Technician, your duties will include the following: 

As a Senior Technician, you will serve as the technical expert, responsible for performing diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on customer vehicles to the highest standards. Your advanced technical knowledge and skills will play a key role in supporting an efficient and productive workshop environment.
You will work closely with service advisors, customers, and senior management, ensuring clear communication and delivering exceptional customer service at all times. A professional, customer-focused approach is essential in this role.
Quality workmanship and achieving first-time fixes are fundamental principles that guide everything we do, and you will be expected to embody these values in every aspect of your work.

To succeed in this Senior Vehicle Technician role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
  • A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3
  • Current experience as a Vehicle Technician
  • MOT license preferred but not essential
  • Your own set of tools
  • A full UK driving licence.
