Location: Rugby
Salary: Up to £32,000 basic salary
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm, alternate Saturday mornings

We’re currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to join a growing team in Rugby.

As a key member of the service department, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering an outstanding aftersales experience and supporting the smooth operation of the workshop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer care and maintain high levels of satisfaction at every stage of the service process
  • Keep customers fully updated on the status of their vehicle via calls, texts, and emails
  • Build service estimates using industry-leading software and liaise with customers for approval
  • Order parts and materials in a timely and efficient manner
  • Arrange bookings for courtesy/loan vehicles
  • Accurately invoice completed work and take payments in line with company policy
  • Maintain and update customer records in the Dealer Management System
  • Handle inbound and outbound service calls, converting enquiries into bookings
  • Support the reception of customer vehicles and conduct professional handovers
About You
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role in the motor tra
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly, confident telephone manner
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure
  • Computer literate, with experience using service or dealer management systems preferred
  • Target-driven with a proactive, customer-first attitude
