- Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 17:00
- Saturday work: 1 in 2, depending on business needs
- Bonus: Salary review following 6-month probation

Our client is part of one of the UK’s largest and most respected accident repair groups, with 35 modern repair centres across the country – and growing. Due to continued business demand at their busy Shoreham site, they are now seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer to join the team.

- Prepare, prime, paint, and polish vehicles to an exceptionally high standard
- Match paint colours accurately using manufacturer guidelines
- Ensure timely and efficient completion of each paint job
- Use appropriate RPE/PPE at all times
- Work as part of a small team in a high-output environment
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working bay
- Adhere to all company procedures and health & safety standards
Minimum 3 years’ experience in automotive paint spraying
- NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds qualification (or equivalent)
- ATA Accreditation preferred (not essential)
- Confident in all aspects of preparation, masking, spraying and finishing
- High attention to detail and pride in your work
- Comfortable working to deadlines under pressure
- A positive, team-orientated attitude
- Full UK Driving Licence
