  • Location: Crawley
  • Salary: £26,550–£30,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £65,000)
  • Hours: Monday–Friday 08:30–18:00 (45 hrs/week) + Saturday on rota (08:30–13:00)

Our client, a leading commercial vehicle dealership in Crawley, seeks a driven Van Sales Executive to represent and increase sales of their premium light commercial vehicle range. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to join a reputable dealership and advance their career with a market leading brand.
 
Role Highlights
  • Act as a trusted advisor, aligning customer needs with high-quality van solutions.
  • Earn uncapped commission with a realistic OTE of £65,000.
  • Drive a premium company car and benefit from ongoing professional training.
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer enquiries, highlighting van features and benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Follow up on leads, negotiate trade-ins, and present finance/leasing options.
  • Close deals, prepare contracts, and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to sales events.

Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of vehicle sales experience, preferably in commercial or van sales.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the local area.
