- SALARY: Negotiable starting salary plus performance-related bonus providing an uncapped on-target earnings around £45-50,000+ per annum.
- HOURS: 8:30am-4:30/5:00pm (pending if you take a 30-minute lunch break) Monday to Friday and 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:30am-12:30pm.

Reporting to the Workshop Controller and working with a large team, as a Vehicle Master Technician, you’ll carry out advanced diagnostics and repairs with accuracy and efficiency, using your expertise to maintain the highest standards. You’ll support and guide the workshop team, sharing technical knowledge and helping to resolve complex issues. A key part of your role will be delivering an exceptional experience for our clients' customers, ensuring every vehicle leaves the workshop performing at its best. You’ll also play an important part in maintaining safety, quality and overall workshop performance.
To be eligible, you need to be qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair and ideally have a strong track record in diagnostics and technical work, having been trained to a similar Vehicle Master Technician level. You will need to hold a UK driving licence, be a committed individual, have leadership qualities, and be a good team player. You must be able to produce high-quality work in a busy main dealership environment and be motivated to work towards targets set for your team. Applicants with an active MOT Smart Card or experience working with premium cars would be highly advantageous to our client, but it is non-essential.
