A rare and not-to-miss opportunity has become available for a Store Leader across one of our client's growing used car dealerships in the Weston-super-Mare region.
Reporting to the Commercial Leader, this role will require you to lead, coach, and develop the sales floor, leading, inspiring and developing a high-performing team of Business Managers, Sales Executives and Sales Administrators. You will be:
- Oversee Store activity, ensuring consistent performance and professional growth.
- Implement and manage processes to support profitable and compliant operations.
- Provide operational support and adherence to best practices.
- Uphold compliance standards within customer sales and finance placement.
- Manage Sales campaigns and promotions strategies.
- Assist Sales Management with stock control.
- Monitor and manage FCA compliance, GDPR and company policy.
- Drive achievement of balanced sales across all products and services.
This role would suit a current Sales Manager/General Sales Manager or above with extensive retail sales experience gained from within the motor industry, particularly within used car sales, who has well-developed leadership skills and a deep understanding of all areas of the department. You will be able to demonstrate proven success in management and in your ability to lead, coach and motivate a high-performing team. Our client is consistently growing, so you must be comfortable in an environment where consistently rising targets are expected to be achieved. In addition, you will need to be able to display the passion and ability to deliver extraordinary customer satisfaction to ensure repeat and referral business. A UK driving license with minimal points is also essential. Our client's business model means that weekends are of the utmost importance to them; therefore, the ideal candidate needs to be comfortable and flexible in being able to work weekends.
