Vehicle Technician required in Bristol.
  • Starting salary ranging from £30,000-47,000 per annum pending experience and franchise qualifications.
  • Performance related bonus scheme (individual + team bonus) providing up to an extra £6,000 annual on-target-earnings. 
  • Mon to Fri 8:00am-5:00pm with 1 in 3 Sat 8:00am-12:00pm.

Our client, a franchise-approved car dealership in the Bristol region, is currently looking to recruit an additional Vehicle Technician for their dealership in the Brislington region of Bristol.

Reporting to the Aftersales Manager and working as part of a workshop team in a state-of-the-art facility, your key responsibilities will include:
  • The service and repair of customer vehicles.
  • Diagnosing faults and finding a prompt and accurate resolution.
  • Using the latest technology to inform the customer of work completed and work needed on vehicles.
  • Maintaining high levels of workshop safety and cleanliness.
  • Operating in a manner which best uses resources and disposes of waste responsibly
  • Promoting our products and services where applicable.
To be eligible, you will need to be qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair as a minimum and have a UK driving license with minimal points. Overall, you will be a committed individual and a good team player. You must be able to produce high-quality work in a busy workshop environment and be motivated to work towards targets set for your team. An active MOT license and extensive experience of vehicle diagnosis/electronics would be highly advantageous, however is non-essential.

  • 30 days annual leave (including the bank holidays).
