- Position: Telesales Executive
- Location: Hinckley
- Basic Salary: £26,000 + Bonus
- OTE: £42,000 (Uncapped)
- Working Hours: 5 Days out of 7 on a shift pattern
- Top performers achieving £60,000+

Key Responsibilities in this Telesales Executive role:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, delivering a first-class customer experience.
- Assist customers with finance applications and ensure data is processed accurately.
- Take customer deposits and manage financial transactions with attention to detail.
- Focus on booking quality appointments for dealerships across the UK.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively promote vehicles and services.
- Consistently work towards and exceed telesales targets.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of telesales experience (motor trade experience desirable but not essential).
- Confident communicator with a persuasive and professional phone manner.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to overcome objections.
- High attention to detail and accurate when dealing with customer data and finance.
- Motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine interest in the motor trade industry.
