Mobile Bodyshop Manager Needed – North Region (Rochdale-Based)
  • Location: North Region - Primarily Rochdale, with travel to sites around the North West.
  • Working Hours: 50 hours per week
  • Salary: £50,000 per annum + performance bonus for sites covered

A well-established and growing automotive repair group is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Mobile Bodyshop Manager to join their North Region Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key leadership role within a forward-thinking business that prioritises quality, customer service, and its people.

This role involves managing operations at various accident repair centres, stepping in where cover is required, and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-performing workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities for the Mobile Bodyshop Manager:
  • Travel between regional sites to provide Bodyshop Manager cover
  • Lead daily operations and delegate workloads across workshop teams
  • Manage parts orders, stock control, and returns processes efficiently
  • Support the Customer Service Advisors (CSAs) with estimated completion dates and job progression
  • Implement quality checks and maintain high repair standards
  • Ensure all health & safety practices and compliance measures are met
  • Drive team morale and maintain consistent communication across locations
  • Work proactively to meet KPIs for quality, speed, and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a Bodyshop Manager or similar leadership role
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A hands-on and proactive approach to daily workshop management
  • Ability and willingness to travel and work away from home regularly
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional results
