We are a highly regarded, family-run independent garage specialising in the sale of prestige vehicles. With an outstanding reputation for quality, service, and integrity, we are entering an exciting new chapter of growth and are now looking for an ambitious Business Manager to join our expanding team.

 About the Role:

This is a newly created role that will play a key part in driving the financial performance of our sales team. You’ll be responsible for delivering finance and insurance products, maximising profitability, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Presenting finance and insurance products to customers clearly and professionally
  • Supporting the sales team to achieve performance targets
  • Ensuring full FCA compliance and maintaining accurate records
  • Building strong, trust-based relationships with clients
  • Contributing to the continued growth and success of the business
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in a Business Manager, Sales Executive, or similar automotive rol
  • A strong understanding of vehicle finance products and compliance
  • Driven, personable, and confident with excellent communication skills
  • A passion for prestige vehicles and delivering first-class customer experiences
  • Self-motivated with a desire to progress in a long-term career
