Vehicle Technician Needed in Warwickshire
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Salary: Negotiable – Dependent on Experience and Skill Level (up to £45,000 basic salary)
  • Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
A reputable and expanding automotive business is looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their professional workshop team. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to grow within a forward-thinking company offering excellent facilities and a supportive environment.

As a Vehicle Technician, you will carry out diagnostics, PDI, maintenance, and repair work to a high standard on a wide range of vehicles. You’ll work with autonomy and responsibility, ensuring vehicles are safe, roadworthy, and meet both customer and manufacturer expectations.

Key Responsibilities as a Vehicle Technician:
  • Conduct routine servicing and maintenance on a variety of vehicles
  • Diagnose faults and perform mechanical and electrical repairs
  • Complete MOT preparation and post-test repairs (where applicable)
  • Ensure work is carried out efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standard
  • Complete relevant documentation and service records
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area
  • Work independently as well as contribute positively to the wider team
Key Requirements of the Vehicle Technician Role:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic
  • Relevant Level 2 or Level 3 automotive qualification (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong diagnostic and repair skills across a range of vehicles
  • Reliable, responsible, and able to work unsupervised
  • Good team player with a solid work ethic
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
