- Location: Epsom
- Salary: £20,000 Basic + £55,000 OTE (Uncapped)
- Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- No Sundays + Day Off in the Week
What You’ll Be Doing
- Understand customer needs and match them with suitable vehicle solutions from available and incoming stock.
- Provide accurate quotations, cost breakdowns, and finance options.
- Promote value-added services such as finance, insurance, service plans, and accessories.
- Manage part exchanges, negotiate terms, and close deals with professionalism.
- Deliver outstanding aftersales support and resolve customer queries with a focus on satisfaction.
- Contribute to wider team operations—everyone supports one another in a collaborative setting.
- A minimum of 2 years in automotive sales or a solid background in consultative, customer-facing sales.
- A full UK driving licence.
- A passion for cars and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Highly motivated, results-focused, and eager to succeed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Uncapped commission – real earning potential well above £55K.
